From perfecting a savory broth to achieving the ideal "wok hei" in a stir-fry, students will build serious kitchen skills while connecting with fellow foodies. It’s a safe, high-energy environment where you’ll chop, sauté, and slurp your way through three distinct regional styles.
This class is a safe, creative and interactive event for kids 8-14.

- Shoyu Ramen with Chicken & Veggies: Build a deep, savory soy-based broth from scratch and learn the art of layering toppings for the ultimate bowl of comfort.
- Thai Stir-Fry Noodles: Master the high-heat techniques needed to toss rice noodles with fresh aromatics and the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and sour flavors.
- Cold Sesame Noodles: A refreshing classic featuring a nutty, homemade sesame dressing tossed with crisp cucumbers, shredded carrots, and fresh garden herbs.
- Mango Sorbet: A cool, refreshing finish!
