๐ฎ๐น Take a delicious journey through Italy and discover some of the worldโs most beloved dishes. In this hands-on class, Chef Julie will guide young cooks through essential techniques for making classic Italian food at home. Learn how to craft fresh pasta, how to perfect salad dressing and make marinara the way itโs meant to be: homemade and delicious. This class is a safe, creative and interactive event for kids 8-14.
Menu:
- Chicken Parmesan: Crispy breaded chicken topped with savory tomato sauce and melted cheese.
- Fresh Pasta Spaghetti: Handmade pasta from scratch, rolled and cut into classic spaghetti.
- Caesar Salad with Homemade Croutons: Crisp romaine tossed with creamy Caesar dressing and crunchy, freshly baked croutons.
- Cannoli Chips with Chocolate Chip Mascarpone Dip: Crisp cannoli-style chips served with a sweet, creamy mascarpone dip studded with chocolate chips.
