Learn to make decadent breads, enriched with butter and eggs to increase the tenderness and flavor. You'll learn the basics of working with yeast and gluten to make one enriched dough which will be used to make a variety of mouthwatering Autumn-themed pastries. This class is permitted for students 14 years of age and older.
