Join us for a hands-on Greek inspired cooking class featuring scratch-made gluten-free pita, classic gyro and souvlaki, and a chef-led baklava-inspired ice cream to finish.
This hands-on class brings the bold, honest flavors of Greek street food into a fully gluten-free kitchen—built from scratch with no shortcuts. Guests will work through the menu while learning practical techniques they can take home, from dough handling to building marinades and layering flavor.

About Dan: Dan Hurlbut has spent over 20 years in the food industry. His greatest joy is sharing his love of cooking with his two daughters, who have grown up creating delicious dishes alongside him. After being diagnosed with celiac disease, Dan was inspired to rework many of his favorite recipes to be gluten-free. He’s passionate about helping others build confidence in the kitchen while enjoying bold flavors and reimagined classics.
