Designed to build confidence and refine your technique, this hands-on class focuses on the essential skills needed to achieve ideal textures, rich structure, and deep, balanced flavor profiles—completely gluten-free. You’ll walk away with core baker's intuition, transferable gluten-free baking methods, and the knowledge to recreate warm, comforting harvest dishes at home.

- Brioche-Style Danish — Two Ways:
-Caramelized Onion, Blue Cheese & Walnut Crumble
- Maple Apple with Oat & Pecan Topping
- Roasted Fall Panzanella: Butternut Squash, Roasted Onion, Thyme, Pomegranate & Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

About Chef Dan: Dan Hurlbut has spent over 20 years in the food industry. His greatest joy is sharing his love of cooking with his two daughters, who have grown up creating delicious dishes alongside him. After being diagnosed with celiac disease, Dan was inspired to rework many of his favorite recipes to be gluten-free. He’s passionate about helping others build confidence in the kitchen while enjoying bold flavors and reimagined classics.
