- Beans and Greens: A rustic, deeply comforting Italian classic pairing creamy white beans and tender wilted greens simmered in a garlic-infused olive oil broth.
- Chicken Scarpariello: A bold, tangy "shoemaker's style" skillet dish featuring juicy chicken sautéed with sweet peppers, bright herbs, and a zesty garlic-wine sauce.
