πŸ˜‹ Walk the streets of Seoul with us to immerse yourself in the incredible world of Korean Street Food culture. Chef Jisung will tell stories, describe ingredients, and teach you how to prepare a few of the country's most popular food that are eaten from stalls and street vendors. This class is permitted for individuals 16 years or older.
Menu:
- Kimbap (Tuna or Bulgogi Beef): Traditional Korean seaweed rice rolls stuffed with seasoned vegetables and your choice of savory bulgogi beef or rich tuna, sliced into perfect bite-sized rounds.
- Spicy Tteokbokki: Chewy Korean rice cakes and savory fish cakes simmered in a bold, sweet-and-spicy gochujang broth, topped with a hard-boiled egg.
- Fish Cake Soup (Eomuk Guk): Comforting skewered fish cakes served in a warm, delicate, and savory dashi broth infused with radish and scallions.
- Pan-Fried Vegetarian Dumplings
Crispy-bottomed, golden dumplings packed with a savory filling of seasoned vegetables and tofu, served with a tangy soy dipping sauce.

About Jisung: Jisung Chun is an accomplished culinary expert specializing in Korean Buddhist Temple cooking, blending tradition with a modern twist. Jisung had apprenticeships under several Korean food masters in Korea for 5 years, she has mastered the intricate techniques and philosophies of Korean fermentation and natural food. Noteworthy achievements include winning first place of Korean Buddhist Temple Cooking competition in 2014, the 1st place winner of 2016 Korean rice wine sommelier competition and holding the prestigious Sommelier of Sake (International kikisake-shi) Certification, showcasing her versatile expertise. As the founder of House of Jeon, Jisung creates a welcoming space where food doubles as medicine, fusing her culinary heritage with a holistic approach to wellness
