Join us for a mini version of some of our most beloved classes. In these quick hands-on classes, we will take time to talk, relax and cook. Express classes are smaller than our usual events, and focus on one dish. We will pack up and take food to go, unless time allows for eating in class. This class is permitted for individuals 16 years and older.

Come learn about Moghrabieh, the classic Chicken soup from Lebanon. With aromatic spices and large pearls of couscous, this soup is rich in flavor, texture and tradition. Learn about how to make it and bring a bowl home to share.
