Join Chef Julie for a high-energy morning of wok-fired favorites! We’re bringing the bold flavors of your favorite Chinese-American classics to our commercial kitchen, where kids will learn the secrets to that perfect sweet-and-savory balance—all made from scratch. Students will master essential sauce-making, learn the art of the stir-fry, and practice the perfect roll. This class is a safe, creative and interactive event for kids 8-14.

- Vegetable Spring Rolls: Learn to wrap and crisp up these golden, crunchy starters filled with fresh veggies.
- Orange Chicken: Recreate the legendary "Orange Chicken" at home, featuring crispy chicken tossed in a zesty, homemade citrus sauce.
- Vegetable Fried Rice: Master the technique for fluffy, savory fried rice packed with colorful vegetables.
- Apple Pie Eggroll: A fun dessert mashup! We’re taking a classic American flavor and giving it a crispy, sweet cinnamon-sugar twist.
