Join us for a mini version of some of our most beloved classes. In these quick hands-on classes, we will take time to talk, relax and cook. Express classes are smaller than our usual events, and focus on one dish. We will pack up and take food to go, unless time allows for eating in class. This class is permitted for individuals 18 years and older.
Porcini Mushroom Ragù: Come learn how to make a vegetarian version of a most beloved dish. This ragù is deeply rich in flavor, easy to create and a recipe you’ll make again and again.
