Learn the key to making perfect, flaky pie dough as well as the most decadent summer fillings. Each student will go home with a mini version of each pie on the menu. This class is permitted for students 14 years of age and older.

-Coconut cream
-Peach custard with bourbon caramel
-Chocolate cherry lattice
