Can’t travel this summer? Let’s take a Grand Tour around Europe, through wine! Come taste five fantastic wines from Spain, Germany, Austria, Italy and France paired with delicious small bites and cheeses. Learn about new wines, award-winning local cheeses, and explore fun food pairings.
This event is a tasting and learning experience, with plenty to learn, but also time to talk, share and socialize with other participants. This is a fun, group learning celebration.
This class is permitted for students 21 years of age and older.

-Spanish Cava with Jamon Iberico, Spanish Olives and Papas Fritas
-German Riesling with Smoked Trout, Pumpernickel Toast, and NY’s Four Fat Fowl Artisan -Creamery’s Flagship Cheese, St. Stephen
-Austrian Blaufrankish with Bratwurst and Vermont Shepherd’s Award-Winning Sheep’s Cheese
-Italian Nebbiolo with Sautèed Wild Mushrooms and Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse
-French Sancerre with Lemon Cookies and Vermont Creamery’s Fresh Goat Cheese with Blueberry, Lemon and Thyme
