Croissants, Danish, Puff Pastry! You'll never eat store-bought again once you learn the basics of laminated dough. In this class you'll learn all the necessary techniques to layer dough and create the flakiest pastries you've ever had. You'll go home with finished pastries as well as dough you've laminated to practice with at home. This class is permitted for students 14 years of age and older.
