Crispy, puffy, golden goodness—choux pastry is the kind of baking magic that never gets old. With just butter, water, flour, and eggs, you’ll create little clouds of pastry that bake up light, airy, and irresistible. In this cozy fall class, we’ll whip, pipe, and bake our way to both sweet and savory treats that are perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself). Ages 16 and up.
