There are many kinds of tacos out there, but maybe none as beloved as the Quesabirria Taco. Come learn how to create flavorful, shredded beef, chile-spiked consommé and how to put it all together in a crispy, cheesy taco. Birria tacos are the main event but we’ll also make some of our favorites, worth eating on Cinco De Mayo and anytime you feel like celebrating! This class is permitted for individuals 18 years and older.

-Roasted Tomato Rice
-Mexican Chopped Salad with Radish and Pepitas
-Cinnamon Churro Chips with Mexican Chocolate
