In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to roll and frost a festive cake, then create charming decorations like almond pinecones, buttercream poinsettias, sparkling cranberries, and whimsical meringue mushrooms. The finished cake will be so beautiful, you may hesitate to slice it (but we promise it’s delicious too!).
Please note: there is no baking in this class.
This class is permitted for students 14 years of age and older.
