You’ll build, fill, and transform a delicious, fluffy, 2-layer, 6” coconut cake into a tropical masterpiece. For students 16 years and up.

- Berry Filling: A bright, tangy layer of fresh, macerated berries to provide the perfect balance to the rich cake.
- Vanilla Buttercream: Our silky, smooth signature frosting—the perfect canvas for our colorful designs.
Techniques Taught:

You’ll learn the professional tricks to turn your cake into a work of art:
- Ombré Wave Frosting: Master the piping and smoothing techniques to create a stunning, multi-toned ocean "wave" effect on the sides of your cake.
- Chocolate Palm Leaves: Learn how to temper chocolate and pipe delicate, feathery palm leaves that add height and drama to your design.
- Royal Icing Tropical Flowers: Pipe intricate, vibrant flowers using royal icing—perfect for adding that final, professional pop of color.
