In our professional commercial kitchen, students will master everything from yeast-based bread to delicate cheesecake assembly. This class is a safe, creative and interactive event for kids 8-14.

- The "Famous" Brown Bread: Learn the secret to that perfectly sweet, honey-wheat flavor and dark, soft crust we all know and love.
- Crispy Zucchini Fries: Master the art of the perfect breading for a crunchy veggie snack, served with a zesty homemade marinara dipping sauce.
- Copycat Giant Meatballs: We’re going big! Learn how to season, sear, and simmer massive, tender meatballs from scratch.
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake: The grand finale—a decadent, creamy cheesecake loaded with chunks of cookie dough.
