In this hands-on workshop, we’ll whip, pipe, and bake our way through a versatile menu. You’ll master the specific consistencies needed for both sweet and savory applications, perfect for summer entertaining or an elegant afternoon treat.
This class is open to students ages 14 and up.
Menu:
- French Crullers: Light-as-air fried rings of choux pastry with a delicate, melt-in-your-mouth glaze.
- Blueberry Almond Eclairs: A seasonal twist on a classic, filled with vibrant blueberry and topped with toasted almond crunch.
- Caramelized Onion Filled Cheddar Gougères: The ultimate savory snack—cheesy, golden puffs stuffed with sweet, slow-cooked onions.
