The lower alcohol and subtle flavors in Rose make it a perfect pairing wine with a wide range of cuisines. Join us for our Rosé infused recipes and Pink Sips. This class is appropriate for students 21 years of age and older.

-Arugula Salad with Rosé marinated peaches and Feta cheese

-Chicken Breast in a Rosé Cream Sauce with Red Grapes and Pink Peppercorn.

-Rosé Risotto with Golden Beets and Gorgonzola

-Rosé Champagne Cake with Rose Water Icing

About Patrick: Patrick is part of the corporate culinary team for Sodexo Food Service Management Company. He has been a chef for over 20 years and his approach to food is to build intense flavors from simple ingredients using classic techniques.
