In this hands-on wine and food pairing, we’ll be preparing and tasting food from that represents the best of California’s easy, fresh flavors. Each dish will be expertly matched with a wine that balances and complements each food’s spice, texture and flavor profile, and all produced in California. This class is permitted for individuals 21 years of age and older.
