If there’s one thing people miss most after going gluten-free, it’s real pizza.
That tender chewy crust and of course - “the fold”.
In this class, we bring it back — gluten-free, but absolutely authentic. You’ll learn the science of New York–style dough that bakes up beautifully thin, foldable, and flavorful. From hydration to oven technique, every step is crafted to bring that nostalgic pizza night feeling home again. This class is permitted for students 16 years of age and older.
Menu:
-GF Pizza
-Charred Romaine Caesar
-Buffalo Cauliflower Bites with Green Goddess Blue Cheese
Allergen/Dietary Notice: Please be aware that the following items will be used in class: dairy and egg.
About Chef Dan: Dan Hurlbut has spent over 20 years in the food industry. His greatest joy is sharing his love of cooking with his two daughters, who have grown up creating delicious dishes alongside him. After being diagnosed with celiac disease, Dan was inspired to rework many of his favorite recipes to be gluten-free. He’s passionate about helping others build confidence in the kitchen while enjoying bold flavors and reimagined classics.
