In this hands-on class, you’ll explore classic Scottish bakes, learning the techniques and traditions behind simple yet deeply satisfying pastries and desserts. Along the way, we’ll discuss key ingredients, textures, and methods that make these recipes such beloved staples in Scottish kitchens.
You’ll leave with a variety of freshly baked goods to enjoy at home. Please bring a large covered container (approximately 10” x 10”) for transporting your creations.
This class is open to students ages 14 and up and is perfect for anyone curious about British baking, looking to expand their skills, or eager to discover something deliciously new.
