🍕 There is nothing quite like the flavor of pizza cooked over an open flame. In this high-energy, social workshop, we’re teaching you how to transform your backyard grill into a professional-grade pizzeria. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned home cook, you’ll master the art of the perfect, slightly charred, and chewy crust that only a grill can provide.
Our resident grill master, Paul Barrett, will guide you through the grilling process, sharing his expert techniques for temperature management, dough handling, and creating that signature wood-fired flavor right at home.

- The Dough: We’ll craft our signature homemade dough and savory tomato sauce from scratch. You’ll leave with a batch of dough ready to be proofed and fired up for your next pizza night!
- The Pizza: Using dough prepped for class, we’ll build and grill custom pizzas, using your choice of toppings.
- The Seasonal Side: A vibrant Chopped Salad with a bright Balsamic Vinaigrette to cut through the richness of the pizza.
- The Sweet Finale: Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Whipped Cream—the ultimate summer dessert that caramelizes beautifully over the flames.
