In this hands-on class, you will explore international flavors and traditional techniques, all using the humble backyard grill. To complete the feast, we will also craft authentic dips and classic accompaniments. This class is permitted for individuals 16 years and older.
Menu:
-Peruvian Chicken Skewers: Tender, spiced chicken paired with a bright, spicy Aji Verde (green chili sauce).
-Za’atar Halloumi & Vegetable Skewers: Griddled, savory cheese and fresh veggies drizzled with a creamy Lemon Tahini dressing.
Vietnamese Ground Beef Wrapped in Betel Leaves Skewers: Rich, aromatic, and deeply savory Bò Lá Lốt served alongside a tangy and sweet Nuoc Cham dipping sauce.
-Grilled Shortcake Skewers: A sweet, smoky twist on a classic dessert to wrap up the evening. Served with freshly whipped cream.
