Come learn a few basics in a fun (and tasty!) class. We will learn basic knife skills, how to sauté chicken and finish it with a flavorful sauce, create a side dish, toss up a great salad and finish it up with dessert. You will gain confidence and the skills needed to start your own journey in the kitchen. All of the recipes included in this class are a great starting point and can be reimagined in many different ways. 
-Chop Chop Salad with Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette
-Sundried Tomato and Parmesan Risotto
-Seared Chicken with White Wine and Herb Sauce
-Pumpkin Spice Mousse
