Come learn how to prepare a few of Ric’s favorite seafood dishes at home, all while spending an enjoyable evening, eating delicious and lovingly prepared food. He will walk you through choosing, preparing and serving the freshest seafood, and regale with tales of his years in the restaurant industry and extensive travels to Italy. This class is permitted for students 21 years of age and older.
