We’re transforming our commercial kitchen into a classic NYC bakery where kids will learn to recreate those iconic storefront favorites from scratch. From mastering the perfect dough to achieving that signature two-tone glaze, students will build real-world baking skills while making new friends. This class is a safe, creative and interactive event for kids 8-14. 
Menu:
- Black & White Cookies: The quintessential NYC treat! Learn the technique for a soft, cake-like base and that perfectly symmetrical chocolate and vanilla glaze.
- Brookies: Why choose? We’re merging fudgy brownies and chewy chocolate chip cookies into one legendary "best of both worlds" dessert.
- Bagels and "Smear": Master the secrets of a proper New York bagel—from the dough-making process to the boil and bake—paired with custom-flavored cream cheese.
