๐ฅ ๐Ever wonder how bakeries get those perfect, flaky layers? Now itโs your turn! Join Chef Julie in our professional kitchen to master the art of the pastry. This is a hands-on workshop for students who want to learn the "science of the fold." Weโre moving beyond basic baking to create elegant, bakery-style treats from scratch.
This class is a safe, creative and interactive event for kids 8-14.

The Morning Classic: Chocolate Crescent Rolls (Learn to roll and tuck for that perfect golden finish!)
The Rustic Tart: Berry Crostata (Master the "free-form" crust filled with seasonal fruit.)
The Savory Twist: Ham and Cheese Pastry Rolls (A delicious lesson in savory fillings and golden glazes.)
Allergen/Dietary Notice: The following items will be used in class: gluten, eggs, chocolate, pork (optional) and dairy.
