Piedmont food is heavily influenced by the French but has its own distinct, comforting style. Ric will share with you his adventures in the restaurant industry and extensive travels to Italy. This class is appropriate for individuals 21 years of age and older.

-Bagna Cauda, warm garlic dip
-Vitello Tonnato, tuna with a creamy sauce
-Brasato al Barolo, braised beef in Piedmont wine
-Creamy Gorgonzola Polenta
-Ric’s Nutella-Mascarpone Mousse

About Ric: Chef Ric Orlando is a former rocker-turned-chef who is best known for his New World Home Cooking restaurant. He is a cookbook author, radio personality, and former TV host.
