Really great pizza starts with simple, fresh ingredients—and some important know-how. In this class, you’ll learn the secrets to making your own pizza at home, plus a few essential sides to round out the meal. Each student will also mix up a batch of dough to take home, perfect for baking the next day or freezing for later. For ages 18 and up.
