Danny, a Capital District native and pasta visionary, will lead you on a joyful journey through the world of rainbow-colored dough. You’ll learn his signature techniques for dyeing, shaping, and rolling pasta, allowing you to create a personalized, multi-colored batch that is as beautiful as it is delicious.
As your pasta rests and dries, Danny will demonstrate two of his favorite seasonal sauces, specifically designed to pair perfectly with your vibrant creations.
