Join us for a mini version of some of our most beloved classes. In these quick hands-on classes, we will take time to talk, relax and cook. Express classes are smaller than our usual events, and focus on one dish. We will pack up and take food to go, unless time allows for eating in class. This class is permitted for individuals 16 years and older.

Learn how to make an all-butter dough that you’ll use again and again. We’ll make sweet, spiced pumpkin hand pies and a maple-bourbon glaze, too.
