Come explore the flavors of the Passover Seder through the lens of a “New World” chef. You don’t need to be Jewish to enjoy these rich and flavorful foods, which are seasonal, full of history and come, as always, with plenty of stories and cooking advice from Chef Ric. Ric will share with you his adventures in the restaurant industry and extensive travels to Italy. This class is appropriate for individuals 21 years of age and older.

-Indian Spiced Apple Haroset
-Salmon-Ginger Gefilte Fish with Wasabi Mustard
-Braised Lamb Shanks with shallots and sweet and sour sauce
-Carrot and Date Tzimmes
-Dulce de Leche Matzoh Cake

About Ric: Chef Ric Orlando is a former rocker-turned-chef who is best known for his New World Home Cooking restaurant. He is a cookbook author, radio personality, and former TV host.
