Step behind the coffee counter with Chef Caroline! In our professional commercial kitchen, we’ll spend a morning dedicated to recreating those iconic café treats. From blending frosty drinks to mastering the art of the perfect bake, kids will gain the skills of a head barista while making new friends. It’s all the flavor you love, made entirely from scratch. This class is a safe, creative and interactive event for kids 8-14. 
Menu:
- Hand-Blended Decaf Frappuccinos: Learn the secrets to that signature frosty, creamy texture without the caffeine kick.
- Ham & Cheese Panini on Homemade Focaccia: We’re going gourmet! Students will learn to bake their own herb-infused focaccia from scratch before pressing it into a melty, savory panini.
- Cinnamon Pull-Apart Buns: Master the art of yeast dough and sweet glazes to create these sticky, sharable, and totally addictive bakery classics.
Allergen/Dietary Notice: The following items will be used in class: gluten, eggs, chocolate and dairy.
