Come for a night of learning about the best of what the Mediterranean has to offer. We’ll visit a few different countries, learning about their ingredients, spices and culinary traditions as we eat our way through the rich and varied cuisines of the Mediterranean basin. This class is permitted for individuals 16 years of age and older.
Menu:
-Fried Spiced Halloumi with Yogurt, Dried Fruit and Herbs
-Chorizo and Shrimp Paella
-Zaalouk - Warm Moroccan Eggplant Salad
-Lazy Sfogliatelle with Orange Blossom Ricotta
