In this class we will indulge in a Tuscan feast based on seasonal winter ingredients. Cook seasonally, like a real Italian! Ric will talk about his adventures in the restaurant industry and extensive travels to Italy. This class is appropriate for individuals 21 years of age and older.

Menu:

- Antipasto: Crostini al Fegato Toscano and Mushroom Pate
- Ribollita Soup
- Homemade Pici Pasta with Wild Boar and Porcini Ragu
- Amaretto Biscotti Santa Croce

Allergen / Dietary Notice: The following items will be used in class tree nut, meat and gluten.

About Ric: Chef Ric Orlando is a former rocker-turned-chef who is best known for his New World Home Cooking restaurant. He is a cookbook author, radio personality, and former TV host.
