🍷 The South of Italy has no shortage of iconic wines, but some of the most exciting bottles come from places that don't always get the spotlight. In May we’ll travel to Italy’s south with some classic stops and island hopping too. Here, ancient grapes grow in volcanic soils and the wines taste like somewhere you desperately want to be. Our menu will highlight delicious Italian pairings. If you're a curious explorer or someone who believes good wine inspires good stories, join us for another fun evening of beautiful Italian wines. 21 and older, please.
ⓘ Menu/Wine Pairing:
- Fiano from Campania with whipped ricotta crostini, lemon and fresh thyme
- Vermentino from Sardinia with tuna conserva on Sardinian flat bread with caper and lemon gremolata
- Nerello Mascalese from Sicily with soppressata, castelvetrano olives and calabrian chili honey
- Montepulciano from Abruzzo with lamb polpette, fresh mint and sliced caciocavallo
- Chianti from Tuscany with aged pecorino, fig jam and almond biscotti
