In this lively, hands-on class, Chef Caroline will guide you on a bite-sized culinary journey across the globe, exploring iconic dishes that all share one delicious thing in common: they’re wrapped, rolled, or folded to perfection. From Mexico to Paris with a stop in Chinese-American comfort food, we’ll explore flavors, techniques, and traditions—all for the joy of great food. This class is a safe, creative and interactive event for kids 8-14. 
Menu:
- Chicken Taquitos (“Little Tacos”) Crispy, tightly rolled mini tacos filled with seasoned chicken, smothered in mild chile sauce and melty cheese, served with creamy avocado ranch for dipping.
- Egg Rolls A classic favorite—golden and crisp on the outside, packed with fresh vegetables and optional pork on the inside, paired with a sweet soy-sesame dipping sauce.
- Parisian Crêpes Learn the art of making delicate, perfectly thin crêpes, then fill and roll them with rich chocolate and fresh berries for a sweet finish.
Allergen/Dietary Notice: The following items will be used in class: chicken, pork (optional), sesame, gluten, corn, chocolate, eggs, and dairy.
