🎶 🥳 TEEN SERIES: A Bad Bunny Cooking Class 🎉😎
🌟 Chef: Caroline Barrett
📅 Friday, July 21, 2026
Time: 2:30PM-5:00PM

🌴 Hey Teens! Come hang with your peeps in our cool kitchen. Ready to turn up the music and the heat in the kitchen? This isn't just a cooking class; it’s a vibe. Inspired by the flavors of Puerto Rico and the favorite dishes of global icon Bad Bunny, we’re spending the afternoon mastering the art of the Boricoa kitchen. Whether you’re a superfan or just here for the food, you’ll learn the essential skills to create a legendary Caribbean feast. This class is a fun, creative and interactive event for teens 13-17.
Menu:
- "Nojitos" (Mojito Mocktails): We’re kicking things off with a refreshing, alcohol-free twist on the classic mojito. Learn how to properly muddle fresh mint, balance lime acidity, and create a drink that looks as good as it tastes.
- Arroz con Salchichas: This is the ultimate Puerto Rican comfort food—a favorite of Benito himself. We’ll master the "Salsa-Arroz" ratio using authentic sofrito and achiote to get that perfect golden color and savory depth.
- Guava + Cheese Empanadas: The perfect sweet-and-salty snack. You’ll learn how to fill, fold, and crimp pastry to create these crispy, golden pockets of melted cheese and guava paste.
- Coconut Tres Leches Cake: We’re taking the classic "three milks" cake and giving it a tropical upgrade. You’ll learn the science of making a sponge cake that can soak up all that creamy goodness without falling apart.
Allergen/Dietary Notice: The following items will be used in class: gluten, pork, dairy, eggs, coconut.
