Bring a touch of holiday magic to your dessert table with the classic Yule Log! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to:
-Roll and frost a festive cake
-Create almond pinecones
-Make buttercream poinsettias
-Fashion sparkling cranberries
-Sculpt whimsical meringue mushrooms
The finished cake will be so beautiful, you may hesitate to slice it (but we promise it’s delicious too!).
Please note: there is no baking in this class.
This class is permitted for students 14 years of age and older.
