In this hands-on wine and food pairing, we’ll be preparing and tasting foods that are full of flavor and easy enough to make again and again, for special occasions or weeknight cooking. Each dish will be expertly matched with a wine that balances and complements each food’s spice, texture and flavor profile. This class is permitted for individuals 21 years of age and older.
