Be sure you DONUT miss this one! Sweet, fluffy, and irresistibly golden, donuts are a favorite for good reason. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make traditional yeast-raised donuts from scratch, from mixing and shaping the dough to frying them to perfection.
We’ll also cover classic and creative fillings, along with a variety of glazes and toppings so you can customize your donuts just the way you like them. Along the way, you’ll pick up tips and techniques for working with enriched doughs and achieving light, airy results every time.
You’ll leave with a box full of freshly made donuts to share—or keep all to yourself! Please bring a large covered container (approximately 10” x 10”) for transporting your creations home.
This class is designed for students ages 16 and older and is perfect for home bakers looking to expand their skills or anyone who simply loves donuts.
