Using chiles, vegetables, beans, and fresh herbs, we’ll prepare some of the region’s most beloved dishes while learning techniques you can use again and again at home. This hands-on class is full of bold flavors, great aromas, and plenty of tasting along the way. This class is permitted for individuals 16 years and older.
