Pi Day is the perfect excuse to indulge in both sweet and savory pies! In this hands-on baking class, you’ll learn the secrets to making flaky, foolproof pie dough and gain the confidence to roll, shape, and handle pastry like a pro.
You’ll put your new skills to work by preparing two full-size pies—one sweet and one savory—to take home and bake at your leisure. From filling and crimping to finishing touches, this class covers everything you need to create pies worth celebrating on 3.14 and beyond.
This class is open to students ages 14 and older and is perfect for bakers looking to master pie dough or anyone who loves a good reason to enjoy pie.
