From humble beginnings to cultural favorites, each dish we make in this class is a keeper. In this hands-on class, we’ll cook our way through foods that are perfect for a weeknight feast or your next party spread.

- Crispy Vegetable Pakoras (India): Spiced seasonal vegetables tossed in a lightly seasoned chickpea flour batter and fried until golden and crisp.
- Loaded Pork & Pineapple Gringas (Mexico): Tender, spiced pork, sweet pineapple, and melty cheese folded inside flour tortillas and seared on the flat top until crispy and golden.
- Classic Patatas Bravas (Spain): Crispy potato cubes tossed in a smoky, spicy tomato bravas sauce and drizzled with a rich homemade garlic aioli.
- Liege-Style Belgian Waffles (Belgium): Warm, yeast-risen waffles with caramelized pearl sugar pockets, served with a rich, glossy dark chocolate drizzle.
