In this hands-on class, we’ll move beyond the heavy heat of the wok and focus on dishes that are light, aromatic, and meant for gathering around a table with friends. Come learn the secrets to hosting a flawless, flavor-packed Thai dinner party that will keep your guests cool all summer long! For students ages 18+.
Menu:
- Chicken Satay with Red Curry Peanut Sauce: Succulent, marinated chicken skewers served with a rich and slightly spicy signature sauce.
- Shrimp and Vegetable Salad Rolls: Light, translucent rice paper rolls packed with crisp vegetables and tender shrimp, served with a bright dipping sauce.
- Pad Thai Salad: A refreshing, chilled take on Thailand’s most iconic street food. This dish features traditional rice noodles, a bounty of crunchy garden vegetables, and fresh herbs, all tossed in a zesty, cool tamarind vinaigrette.
- Grilled Coconut Milk Pineapple with Thai Basil: A tropical finale featuring caramelized pineapple infused with creamy coconut milk and the peppery sweetness of fresh Thai basil.
