Pop the cork and explore the bubbly side of wine! In this lively tasting, you’ll travel the globe through your glass—sampling sparkling wines from regions near and far. From the classics to a few unexpected gems, you’ll learn what makes each style unique, how they’re made, and how to pair them with food. Whether you’re a fizz fanatic or just love a good celebration, this is an evening that is guaranteed to sparkle.
This event is a tasting and learning experience, with plenty to learn, but also time to talk, share and socialize with other participants. This is a fun, group learning celebration.
This class is permitted for students 21 years of age and older.

-Spanish Brut Cava with Figs, Prosciutto and Gorgonzola Dolce
-French Pétillant Naturel with Artichoke Tortilla and Roasted Cashews
-Finger Lakes Sparkling Riesling with Chipotle Lime Shrimp, Avocado and Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
-French Crémant de Loire with Smoked Salmon Canapés
-Italian Lambrusco with Berry Compote, Ricotta and Galette Butter Cookies
