🍷🥂 Join Caroline Barrett and Joe Armstrong from Winebow for an evening inspired by the vibrant flavors and traditions of Spain. In this hands-on wine and food pairing class, guests will prepare and enjoy a variety of classic Spanish tapas designed for sharing and savoring with family and friends. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with a complementary wine, highlighting the balance of flavor, texture, and spice that makes Spanish cuisine so memorable. This class is open to guests 21 years of age and older.

Menu:
- Tortilla Española — A classic Spanish omelet made with eggs, potatoes, and onions.
- Pan con Tomate — Rustic bread rubbed with ripe tomatoes and garlic, finished with olive oil
and sea salt.
- Gambas al Ajillo — Shrimp sautéed in garlic and chili-infused olive oil.
- Albóndigas — Traditional Spanish meatballs made with a blend of beef and pork, breadcrumbs, herbs, and spices.
- Tarta de Santiago — A traditional almond cake from the Galicia region of Spain.
