In this hands-on class, you will master dynamic dough techniques, including yeast activation, proper kneading, gluten development, and shaping skills to create both sweet and savory seasonal favorites to take home and enjoy.

- Pumpkin Cinnamon Soft Pretzels: Warm, pillowy pretzels infused with pumpkin and spiced cinnamon sugar.
- Maple Apple Pecan Rolls: Decadent, gooey sweet rolls filled with fresh apples, toasted pecans, and a rich maple glaze.
- Sausage, Onion & Herb Focaccia: A savory, golden flatbread loaded with caramelized onions, flavorful sausage, and aromatic fall herbs.
